The program is initiated by Clean Air Network (CAN) in partnership with the Institute for the Environment of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST-IENV), aims to help Hong Kong youngsters build air quality literacy and issue-solving capabilities.

Main elements in Clean Air Neighborhood

Over the next 24 months, a series of student workshops and engagement activities across districts will be hosted on air sensing technology application and visualization of invisible air pollutants.

The showcasing of integrated data science and innovative technologies will enable learners to acquire basic scientific skills for evidence-based decision making. It will further empower participating students to generate influence in community air pollution cambat, in collaboration with parents and other stakeholders.
